Will-Kat put work before honeymoon
Putting an end to speculations over their honeymoon, the new Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have revealed they would not be immediately travelling overseas for the traditional post-wedding break.

Prince William and his wife Kate have instead chosen to spend time at an undisclosed location in the UK before the Prince returns to work next week, reports the Telegraph .

The sudden change, announced on Saturday, came despite aides having said consistently that the honeymoon would immediately follow the wedding, and Kate shopping for sundresses and bikinis last week.

There was speculation the delay might have been prompted by security concerns.

The couple was originally believed to have booked a honeymoon in Jordan, where the Duchess lived for two years as a child.

The trip was thought to have included visits to the Wadi-Rum desert and the ancient city of Petra.

However, potential security hazards surrounding the continuing unrest throughout the Middle East may have prompted them to rethink their plans.

Prince William has declared that his new wife Kate is 'his rock'' in a speech to guests during the intimate evening reception after the wedding.

Behind closed doors William, now the Duke of Cambridge, dropped his guard among 300 close friends and family to reveal the true debt he owes to Kate, reports the Herald Sun.

His words reflected how she provides him with the security and normality that he has always craved, according to The ( London) Sunday Times.

After the wedding confirmed Kate as a star set to transform and revive the monarchy, the couple spent the night in the Belgian suite at Buckingham Palace, usually reserved for visiting heads of state.

On Saturday, they left the palace in a helicopter piloted by William's colleagues from RAF Valley, where he is stationed on Anglesey.

William wants Kate to be called 'princess'
Prince William would prefer that his wife Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, be called "Princess Catherine", officials said.

A commoner by birth, Kate Middleton was given the title Her Royal Highness Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, after her marriage to William, the second-in-line to the throne.

The prince's spokesman said, "William was "honoured" to become the Duke of Cambridge."

But he let it be known that he would prefer to remain Prince William and his wife to become "Princess Catherine", according to the Daily Telegraph.

The Buckingham Palace said, "if people wanted to call Catherine 'princess', they were welcome to do so."

Paddy Harverson, the communications secretary of Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales, said, "The public may be encouraged to use the names Prince William and Princess Catherine."

When Prince Charles married Camilla Parker Bowles in 2005, she took the title "Duchess of Cornwall", while Sophie Helen Rhys-Jones, who married Charles' brother Prince Edward in 1999, was given the title "Countess of Wessex".

Will-Kate to honeymoon in Seychelles
It has emerged that Prince William is set to whisk his new bride away to a 4,000 pounds-a-night luxury villa on an exclusive island in the Seychelles.

The Duke and the Duchess are due to fly out by private jet in mid-May – a secret even to Kate - before being taken by helicopter from the mainland to spend 10 days in the Indian Ocean archipelago, reports the Daily Mail.

It was widely expected that the couple would be going on honeymoon this week after their wedding on Friday. But at the weekend it was announced that the Duke, a search and rescue pilot, would be returning to work tomorrow at RAF Valley on Anglesey.

"It's one of the most incredible places you will ever visit and Kate will have the time of her life. It's everything you could want from a honeymoon destination and more – beautiful beaches, tropical seas and complete privacy," a source said.

"The prince's protection officers flew out two and half weeks ago to check it out and their villa has been booked and confirmed."

"It's a real Robinson Crusoe kind of place. There are some beautiful hikes, but if you can't be bothered to walk golf cart will transport you. They will also deliver you a picnic with ice-cold drinks," the source added.

Mini Biography
A long road traveled; from a waiter in Bangkok, to one of the most successful actors in Bollywood, Akshay Kumar has come a long way. As an instructor in martial artist, Rajiv Bhatia always dreamt of making it big in that field but when a student suggested that with his good looks and a good built, he should take up modelling, the anonymous Rajiv Bhatia began his journey as Akshay Kumar who then slowly but surely worked his way up to becoming one of the most talented stars of the industry. Stunned at the pay package and his success as a model, Akshay took the next obvious step, and entered into films. However unlike most of the other stars in his time, Akshay neither had star parents, nor a godfather to launch him. Although his first few films were unsuccessful at the box office, they helped Akshay get noticed for his dancing abilities and his dare-devilish stunts. His first true hit film was 'Khiladi' and although it was a success, the top banners continued to be elusive until 'Yeh Dillagi' which not only got him recognition but marked his position as a top league actor. Though 'Jai Kishen' and 'Main Khiladi Tu Anari' were quite successful at the box office, it was 'Mohra' and 'Sabse Bada
Khiladi' that it catapulted Akshay to fame and established his position as one of the top most heroes of the industry. With a series of 'Khiladi' movies including the "Khiladiyon Ke Khiladi', Akshay became the quintessential "action hero'. But with 'Mr. & Mrs. Khiladi', 'Dil To Pagal Hai' and 'Aflatoon', he attempted new genres in order to change his stereotypical image, and he was quite successful at it. Another attempt at a new role with 'Ajnabee', where he played the villain, was again well portrayed and well received by audiences and critics alike. 'Dhadkan', where he starred opposite Shilpa Shetty reaffirmed the fact that aside from being an action hero, Akshay Kumar was also the perfect romantic lead.
In the same year came another memorable performance with the film "Hera Pheri' which brought to the forefront his strength in comedy and superb timing as he held his ground with the seasoned Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty. Akshay Kumar continued to improve with every film, from "Khakee, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi', "Aitraaz, Waqt', 'Awara Pagaal Deewana', "Garam Masala' to the recently released "Phir Hera Phiri' proved that Akshay was a sure-fire hit at the box-office as well. Today he is one of the most sought after actors who commands a strong box-office opening. His forthcoming films include Jaaneman, Saamna, London Namaste and Welcome.
